Sanuk day care centre, Thailand Jomtiem

This daycare center offers daytime shelter and a protected shelter to children of parents who are living in construction camps/construction sites made of corrugated iron sheets.

These workers come mainly from Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia (some by subcontractors illegal put to work).

 

Because both parents work and very early in trucks leave for various construction objectives are the children to fend for themselves and go on the construction sites roam making their safety and life-threatening situations arise with even death. 

 

In the Day Care Centre they all care; food, education, be washed and dressed. The age of children ranges from 3-14 years.

 

Soon another open day care so that more children a safe haven have as parents have to work to make a living.
